moscow_watcherНе знаю, удастся ли мне сделать запись сегодня. Вот уже неделю я не могу выложить третью часть вопросов и ответов на Moonlight. Страница просто не грузится. А еще не грузится Fanfic.net. И Amazon.com. И очень плохо идет imdb.com
Я думала, это вирус. Сегодня пришел специалист, проверил компьютер и скзал, что у меня все в порядке. Это РТКОММ гадит провайдерам, обрезая каналы трафика.

I don't know If I could post this entry. During the last week I couln't post long entries (including Russian translation of part 3 of JM's Q&A on Moonlight. I couldn't and still can't load Fanfic.net or Amazon.com or imdb.com
I thought It was a virus. Today I invited a specialist who checked my PC and told me there is nothing wrong with it. He told me it's just RTKOMM (affiliate of Rostelecom) is squashing business rivals by squeezing up the channels.

Date: 2004-09-27 02:44 am (UTC)I've got enough time to compile big fanfic recommendations appendix. Now the only thing that bothers me is the posting itself. I think that I could ask Spren to post it for me in case the Internet channels will still be squeezed by October, 10.
Sometimes I'm ashamed by my compatriots's way of doing business. But it's the harsh reality of how business is done in Russia. In USA Rostelecom would be immediately declared a monopolist and found guilty of breaching the anti-trust laws.
Luckily, the mail is still working and I can post om forums without problems.
Do you think it will be OK to send Spren the text by mail and to ask her to post it?
