Spring was surprisingly generous with BtVS\AtS fanfiction. Interesting stories by new writers, great contributions by well-known authors and a wealth of new great ideas. Not bad for a TV show closed 5 years ago.

Priceless dialogues, sharp characters observations and perfect balance between serious and teasing tone. The story works as a companion to Hush. In Hush characters could see each other but couldn't speak to each other. Here they can speak but can't see each other. Both situations lead to higher level of sincerity. Buffy and Spike talking about oxymorons, music hall and Woodstock is comedy gold. And Buffy discovering that Angel and Joyce have similar tastes in music is absolutely priceless.

Writers description of Three Deep: Wolfram & Hart is in shambles, and the Senior Partners are in disarray (or are they?) Buffy’s struggling with the trials and tribulations of running a world-wide Slayer organization. Angel’s looking for meaning in a post-L.A. world. Spike’s torn between loyalties to old friends and old lovers (and the old lovers may not be who you think). Wesley’s back from the dead and looking for a loophole in his contract. The Immortal? Well, he’s got an agenda of his own, and Illyria’s the only one who may have a clue what it is. Something is stirring in the Deeper Well, but the real danger to Our Heroes may be right under their noses. In this episode Willow is sent to inspect the Deeper Well and she gets kidnapped. She manages to send Giles telepathic message, and he alerts Buffy, who recruits Angel and Spike to help her. Illyria offers "to lend them the shield of her wrath"...
