I"m sure it's not Fred as she's too buxom for that. Urru doesn't draw buxom Illyria, so Fred shoudl be the same. That woman looked more like Ilona Costabianca. :) Also We had random couples in Shadow Puppets - with Spike passing them by. They were there just to emphasise Spike's loneliness.
