thanks so much for posting this recap of the story - I was really hoping someone would. I'm afraid I care more about Spike than all the rest of them put together so unless he eventually enters the story in a big way (which I know he won't), I doubt I'll ever buy an issue. However, since Joss considers the comic canon, I _am_ curious as to where he'll take the story - so a synopsis like this is just about perfect for me. so thanks again MW!
