Based on everything that's said in the issue, I'm not sure there's any more to Willow being there than simply that she's become either immortal or very long-lived and simply lived through it all.

Or: She's turned Vampire. :-) But I guess then we'd see her in her goth-leather-outfit Vamp!Willow wore in "Doppelgangland" :-)
