Thanks!

Was going to point out that wasn't Fred in the background in the puppet Angel scene

I'm copy-pasting my reply to Nata:

You may be right. I wish I asked Lynch about them when he did latest Q&As an MySpace. I just am not sure that there are random elements on these panels. Of course there is a possibility that Urru added the couple of strangers because he likes drawing sexy girls, but, IMO, the time-jumping panels are setting up the awakening of Fred in Illyria. And I can't forget that the first line of the comic is about Fred. So I assumed that it may be a glimpse of a time period between Smile Time and AHITW when Fred and Wesley were happy and were having a good time. And it was an essential part of the set-up of Wesley's future arc.

Hope Angel has the sense to go and ask his friends for help to fight them. You can never tell with him.

I really, really hope that he took the decision to start a war because he suddenly discovered that many people are fighting the demons and a lot of them have superpowers - Spike and his squad (some of his girls are demons), Gwen, Illyria. Connor won't stop fighting and he'll never be safe. And Angel - the only human among demons! - will lead them.
