No problem. I think I could add text and balloons in Photoshop, because it has actual "balloon" option in in "shapes" tool. But I don't know what bases you want to use. Issue 3 cover could be used as a base for Illyria hitting Angel with "official cannon" (I can cut it from Spike comics) instead of her axe. But I don't remember panels of her hitting Spike.
